A 35-year-old man, Maciej Ś., has been indicted by the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Szczecin for a three-year scheme involving the forgery of medical certificates to obtain prescriptions.

Investigators found that the man used altered documents during online medical consultations to deceive approximately 60 doctors across Poland. The modifications included changing dates, patient data, PESEL numbers, diagnoses, and medication dosages, as well as tampering with physician stamps. The goal was to secure specific medications through teleconsultations. The suspect has admitted to the charges and expressed remorse.
