Polish residential developers report strong H1 2026 growth

Polish residential developers reported significant growth in the first half of 2026. ATAL Group saw consolidated revenues rise by nearly 95% year-on-year to 760.2 million PLN, with net profit increasing by 182% to 162.2 million PLN. CEO Zbigniew Juroszek noted that the company's diversified geographic and product portfolio has proven effective amid stable market demand, though geopolitical factors regarding energy and fuel prices remain a potential risk.

Murapol also reported strong sales, with 1,569 units sold during the first six months of 2026. While the company's revenue reached 465.7 million PLN and net profit hit 70.1 million PLN, the number of units handed over to clients decreased by 12% compared to the previous year due to investment schedules. Murapol is increasingly focusing on large agglomerations, with 74% of new sales introductions occurring in major cities such as Łódź, Gdańsk, and Warsaw.

Develia reported an increase in sales to 1,752 apartments compared to 1,699 in the previous year. The company also saw a significant jump in delivered units, rising from 1,193 in the first half of 2025 to 2,572 in the same period of 2026.
