Polish Retail Complex Projects Advance in Warsaw and Kalisz

In Warsaw's Bielany district, the Carrefour Market and dozens of small shops at the Klaudyny Street pavilion are slated for demolition. The site will be redeveloped into a new five‑storey commercial‑service complex with a large grocery outlet, two levels of above‑ground parking and spaces for the local housing cooperative and a private investor. The current lease expires at the end of 2027, with the first phase of the new building expected to open by late 2027 and the second phase by mid‑2029. The investment is valued at 40‑70 million zł.

Meanwhile, on the border of Kalisz and Kościelna Wieś, the Panorama Park II complex has received its occupancy permit. The roughly 5,000 m² project combines retail, medical facilities, office space and the headquarters of technology firm My Tracko. Tenants will include a Społem grocery store, a pharmacy, a diagnostic laboratory and various specialist clinics. The development completes a broader urban plan for the Kościelna Wieś residential area, which now houses several thousand residents.
