Polish Shopping Centers Add Dining, Services and Outdoor Pop‑up Zones

Centrum Handlowe Jagoda in Gniezno offers a one‑stop destination for daily shopping, meals and leisure. The centre houses Media Expert for appliances, Decathlon for sports gear, a fresh‑food market called Jagoda Sam, a play area JupiLand for children, and the Selfie restaurant with an outdoor garden. Ample parking and easy‑access store layouts are highlighted as conveniences for families.

In Toruń, the Nowe Bielawy shopping centre has converted part of its parking into a 40 m² outdoor pop‑up zone. Eight stalls provide food, retail and services, alongside a relaxation area with garden swings, tables and pergolas. Director Marta Sójkowska said the pop‑up gives tenants a new sales channel, while marketing specialist Wioletta Wawrzkiewicz noted it creates a seasonal attraction that encourages longer visits.
