Polish shopping centres Arkadia Park opens, CH Echo hosts family festival

Centrum handlowe Arkadia Park in Łowicz was ceremonially opened on 24 June, but the majority of its stores remain closed because the investment has not yet received an official building‑inspection acceptance from the county inspectorate. Only a few outlets – Forpepe House and an optical salon – are operating, while other tenants, such as Action, have postponed openings to July 2026. The investor claims all works comply with the project and required formalities, though informal reports indicate the building authority raised objections.

Two days later, on 26 June, the CH Echo shopping centre in Pabianice organised a free family event to mark the start of the summer holidays. Activities included inflatable slides, a bounce castle, face painting, popcorn and special rewards for students with top academic results. CH Echo hosts around 40 stores and a 24‑hour fitness club, and the event was aimed at encouraging community participation.
