Polish tourist drowns in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria
A 44-year-old Polish tourist has drowned in the sea at the Sunny Beach resort in Bulgaria. The incident occurred in the water near the Glarus Hotel, within a monitored beach area.
Police in Nessebar received the report around 18:00 on August 23. The deceased's body was transported to the forensic medicine department at UMBAL-Burgas for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. Authorities have initiated pre-trial proceedings to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal incident.
