Polish Train Collision Kills Driver at Unguarded Crossing

A locomotive collided with a Volkswagen at an unguarded railway crossing in the village of Grucele, Ostrołęka County, on the evening of 11 July. The 44‑year‑old driver of the car was killed at the scene. Police and a forensic technician, under the supervision of a prosecutor, examined the crash site and the vehicles.
