Polish TV presenters Cichopek and Kurzajewski leave Polsat as long‑running 'Interwencja' ends
Television presenters Katarzyna Cichopek and Maciej Kurzajewski announced via Instagram that they are ending their cooperation with the Polsat network. The pair thanked the station’s staff and viewers, noting that their time at Polsat, which began after work at TVP and included hosting the weekend morning show “Halo, tu Polsat,” was an important phase of their careers. They said they will focus on developing their personal brands and launching new authorial projects.
At the same time, the long‑running Polish social‑issue program “Interwencja” aired its final episode on 31 July 2026, concluding a 23‑year run. Hosts Michał Bebło and Rafał Zalewski delivered a farewell, reflecting on the show’s role in highlighting difficult personal stories and helping participants obtain assistance or justice. The program, praised for its journalistic quality, will cease broadcasting as its format is deemed to have exhausted its potential.
