Polish vocational schools form new academic partnerships

Several Polish educational institutions have entered into new partnership agreements to bridge the gap between vocational training and higher education.

Bialystok University of Technology has signed an indefinite cooperation agreement with Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych nr 3 in Siedlce. The partnership allows students to utilize university laboratories and attend guest lectures by specialists. The collaboration focuses on aligning vocational tracks, such as electromobility and machine construction, with university degree programs. The university aims to use this as a pre-recruitment tool to showcase its modern facilities in robotics and autonomous vehicles.

In Lublin, the Regionalne Centrum Edukacji Zawodowej (RCEZ) has joined the group of Partner Schools of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS). This agreement provides students and teachers with access to academic resources, lectures, and professional development opportunities, facilitating a smoother transition from secondary to academic education.
