Political parties mobilize in San Juan province, Dominican Republic

Political organizations in the San Juan province of the Dominican Republic have conducted various community and organizational activities.

The Fuerza del Pueblo (FP) has been providing transportation services to assist citizens in reaching the offices of the Junta Central Electoral (JCE). This initiative, led by provincial president Juan Rodríguez and Máximo Meléndez, aims to help residents in municipalities such as Los Bancos renew or update their identity cards (cédulas) to ensure they can exercise their citizenship rights without mobility or economic obstacles.

Simultaneously, the Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD) held a national day of 'Esfuerzo Concentrado' (Concentrated Effort) across several municipalities in San Juan, including Juan Herrera, Vallejuelo, El Cercado, and Las Matas de Farfán. The mobilization involved hundreds of party members and leaders, such as Lucía Medina and Ramón de la Rosa, focused on strengthening territorial organization and direct contact with local communities.
