Pom Pom Purin 30th Anniversary Merchandise Hits Japanese Stores

On August 1, Japanese retailer Abeille began selling a line of Pom Pom Purin 30th‑anniversary items, including a plush backpack shaped like the character and a die‑cut pouch. The products are available in Abeille’s nationwide stores and on the Shimura Park online shop, with some items subject to purchase limits.

Separately, the commemorative "Pom Pom Purin 30th Anniversary Nondiri Pom Pom Book" is scheduled for release on September 9. The 16‑page mook comes with a "fluffy‑mochi butt cushion" that reproduces the character’s signature round rear and features an arm‑hole for hugging. Priced at ¥4,180, the book can be pre‑ordered through Amazon Japan and Rakuten Books.

Promotional events are planned at Kinokuniya bookstores in Shinjuku and Yokohama, where original clear files and special set sales will be offered to fans.
