Pomerania environmental fund allocates 200,000 PLN for student education

The Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Gdańsk (WFOŚiGW) has launched a 200,000 PLN funding initiative to support outdoor educational activities for students in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The program specifically targets students in grades IV-VIII from rural areas to ensure access to ecological education regardless of financial status or location.

Eligible applicants include rural and urban-rural municipalities in Pomerania, with priority given to those with lower wealth indicators. The funding covers transportation and meals for trips to designated centers within the Pomeranian Landscape Parks Complex, such as the Green Schools in Schodno and Staniszewo, and the Blue School in Władysławowo. Grants are available for three-day sessions up to 6,000 PLN and five-day sessions up to 10,000 PLN.
