TV Globo telenovela Por Você premieres with high audience engagement
The new TV Globo telenovela ‘Por Você’ has premiered to significant audience interest and social media engagement. The plot follows Bela, an obstetrician played by Sheron Menezzes, who becomes the guardian of four children following the tragic death of her best friend, Juli.
Central to the drama is the intense rivalry between Bela and Vanessa, an ambitious doctor played by Alinne Moraes. Vanessa has actively worked to undermine Bela, including filing a false report with the Child Protective Services to have the children placed in a shelter. The narrative also explores complex relationships, such as the tension between Bela and Gabriel (Thiago Lacerda), who was previously involved with Bela before marrying Vanessa.
While the production has received praise for its cast and dynamic storytelling, some critics have noted an excessive use of chroma key technology in certain scenes, suggesting a potential impact on the visual quality of the set design. Despite this, the show has maintained steady viewership numbers during its first week.
