Porsche develops electric Cayenne Turbo GT performance SUV

Porsche is developing an electric version of the Cayenne Turbo GT, which is expected to feature the Coupe body style. Spy photographs of prototypes suggest aerodynamic modifications, including a prominent fixed spoiler on the tailgate and potentially larger front air intakes and a more aggressive rear diffuser.

The 2027 Porsche Cayenne Turbo Electric is noted for its high performance, delivering 1,159 horsepower and 1,106 pound-feet of torque. During testing of its launch control system, the vehicle demonstrates rapid power delivery to all four wheels, despite a curb weight of nearly 6,000 pounds.
