Porsche discloses internal salary structure, showing 40% earn over €100k

Porsche revealed its internal pay data for the first time. Of its 23,000 employees, 9,082 workers earned a taxable gross income above €100,000 in 2025, meaning nearly 40 % of the workforce receives six‑figure salaries. The company reports that 201 employees earned more than €300,000, 28 surpassed €500,000 and three staff members earned over €1 million annually.

Among the top executives, former CEO Oliver Blume received a compensation package worth €1.9 million in his final year, while Michael Steiner (head of development) and Albrecht Reimold (head of production) each earned €2.10 million and €2.05 million respectively. By comparison, CEOs of other German car groups received higher pay (BMW €7.85 million, Mercedes‑Benz €8.78 million).

Lower‑level salaries were also detailed: project managers average €91,800, development engineers €87,500, HR managers €80,000 and procurement managers €75,600. Administrative assistants earn about €61,700, production workers €58,000 and logistics specialists €51,300. The data, sourced from the German Federal Statistical Office, places Porsche’s employee earnings among the top 10 % of the highest‑paid workers in Germany.
