Porsche unveils Cayenne Electric at Tokyo E‑Prix

Porsche Japan announced that the fully electric Cayenne SUV will make its Japan debut at the 2026 TDK Tokyo E‑Prix, held at Tokyo Big Sight on July 24‑26. The new model, which entered world‑premiere reservations in November 2025, features a peak output of 850 kW (1 156 PS) and a WLTP range of up to 642 km, with fast‑charging capability of up to 400 kW.

The vehicle will be displayed in the free‑entry "Fan Village" alongside Porsche’s Formula E race car, the 99X Electric, and interactive experiences such as a driving simulator and children’s activities. Porsche’s partnership with title sponsor TDK and adhesive partner Henkel’s LOCTITE will be highlighted at the booth. The launch follows Porsche’s recent success in Formula E, where it secured the drivers’ title in 2023‑24 and team and manufacturers titles in 2024‑25.
