CEO Michael Leiters confirmed to the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung that the company will proceed with an all-electric 718 Boxster/Cayman, with production planned for 2027. Additionally, Porsche has introduced an all-electric Macan GTS to replace the combustion-engine version, which was withdrawn due to EU cybersecurity regulations. The company also unveiled a hybrid 911 Carrera GTS for the 2025 model year, signaling a continued push toward electrification while retaining key internal-combustion models.
