Porsche unveils limited 911 GT3 Bergsport edition
Porsche has unveiled the 911 GT3 Bergsport, a highly exclusive limited series of only 100 units developed by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur. The model is designed specifically for driving on Alpine mountain roads and will be available exclusively in four European markets: Austria, France, Italy, and Switzerland.
Based on the 911 GT3 Touring, the vehicle features a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated six-cylinder boxer engine producing 510 hp (375 kW). It is equipped with a 6-speed GT sports manual transmission as standard, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 313 km/h. The engine utilizes revised cylinder heads and camshafts from the 911 GT3 RS to enhance performance in the upper RPM range.
The design incorporates Alpine-inspired aesthetics, including a custom ‘Valleygreenmetallic’ paint finish containing gold metallic particles. Other unique features include forged aluminum wheels in a ‘White Gold’ and ‘Ceramica’ finish, orange brake calipers inspired by ‘alpenglow,’ and specialized graphics on the hood inspired by the legendary 908 Bergspyder. In Austria, the starting price is listed at approximately 462,537 Euro.
