PortMiami and Margaritaville at Sea announce upcoming cruise expansions

PortMiami has announced its ship lineup for the 2026-2027 cruise season, featuring a diverse range of luxury, expedition, and mainstream brands. Scheduled arrivals include vessels from Ponant Explorations, Explora Journeys, Silversea, Azamara, Four Seasons, Carnival, and Norwegian, as well as the Hero of the Seas in August 2027. Officials noted that the upcoming season reflects the continued strength of cruise tourism in Miami-Dade County.

In related industry developments, Margaritaville at Sea has unveiled 30 itineraries for 2028, visiting 25 destinations. The expansion includes two new ports of call and special themed voyages, such as the Mardi Gras celebration in New Orleans and the Sail the Haunted Seas Halloween and Day of the Dead cruise. The 2028 programming will feature destinations including Key West, Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Belize, and various locations in the Bahamas and Mexico.
