Porto Velho completes first stage of Parque Circuito revitalization

The Porto Velho City Hall has completed the first phase of the revitalization of Parque Circuito. The project included over 7,500 square meters of improvements, such as an interactive fountain, a playground, a pet space, a calisthenics area, new lighting, and hydration stations.

The reopening event featured cultural and religious programming. A notable addition is the ‘Espaço Acolher’, an initiative by the Municipal Secretariat of Inclusion and Social Assistance (Semias) designed to provide support for neurodivergent individuals experiencing sensory overload or behavioral crises.

Mayor Léo Moraes noted the rapid execution of this first stage. The second phase of the revitalization is already planned, with a focus on sports infrastructure, including the renovation of tracks, courts, and fields.
