Porto Velho provides over 500 free citizenship services

The Cidadania em Movimento project, organized by the Municipal Secretariat for Inclusion and Social Assistance (Semias) in Porto Velho, provided over 500 free services during a two-day initiative.

The actions took place in both rural and urban areas to celebrate the anniversary of Porto Velho. On Friday, the project served 426 people in the Joana D’Arc community in the rural zone at the José de Freitas Elementary School. On Saturday, 112 services were provided at Praça CEU in the East Zone.

Services included social assistance, health services, legal guidance, and documentation, such as the issuance of elderly person cards, youth IDs, and identification for persons with disabilities or autism. The Rondônia Court of Justice also participated by offering legal guidance on family and alimony matters.
