Portuguesa health centre reopened and A Guarda school building restored

The Centro de Diagnóstico Integral (CDI) Leonidas Ramos in the state of Portuguesa was fully rehabilitated and reopened. Governor Primitivo Cedeño, mayor Óscar Novoa and health officials highlighted the new equipment, 24‑hour service and increased capacity for residents of Guanare and the 14 surrounding municipalities.

In A Guarda, Galicia, the former Colegio Rodríguez Sinde building was completely restored and repurposed for community use, including training rooms and a pilgrim hostel. Local officials praised the project as a turnaround from earlier abandonment and a boost to neighborhood services.
