Posavje concludes Month of Flavors culinary festival

The Month of Flavors of Posavje (Mesec okusov Posavja) has concluded, showcasing the region's culinary and viticultural offerings. The event featured a variety of gastronomic evenings, wine tastings, and vineyard gatherings, emphasizing the collaboration between local restaurateurs, winemakers, brewers, and farmers.

Key highlights included the sixth edition of ‘Best Wines of Posavje’ at Klet Krško, where winemakers presented over 50 wine samples. Other notable events included a sparkling wine evening at the Albian estate featuring Chef Mojmir Šifrar, and a street festival in the old town center of Krško. The event was recognized as part of the ‘Slovenia Green Events’ national promotion for sustainable events, aiming to strengthen the local economy through seasonal products and local supply chains.
