Poste Italiane reopens renovated post offices in Fiano, San Vero Milis

Poste Italiane has completed the renovation of two small‑town post offices under its Polis programme, which aims to strengthen economic and social cohesion in municipalities with fewer than 15,000 residents. In Fiano (Turin province) the office on Via Roma 1 now features low‑impact furnishings, energy‑saving lighting, tactile flooring for the visually impaired, ergonomic workstations and a Postamat ATM. The service desk also handles civil‑status certificates, INPS pension slips, the “OBIS M” model and, through a pact with the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, passport applications and renewals that can be delivered to the citizen’s home.

The San Vero Milis office in Oristano province has been similarly upgraded, with new furniture, colour schemes and the same range of public‑administration services, including passport issuance, civil‑status documents and INPS services. Both locations operate Monday‑Friday 08:20‑13:45 and Saturday until 12:35/12:45.
