Poste Italiane reopens Rio Saliceto office under Polis scheme

The post office in Rio Saliceto, Italy, has reopened at its usual address on via Camillo Prampolini 20 after a renovation carried out under the Polis model, an initiative by Poste Italiane aimed at supporting small municipalities. The upgraded facility now offers a full range of public‑administration services, including civil‑registry certificates, INPS pension slips, the single‑certification form and the OBIS‑M model.

Through an agreement between Poste Italiane, the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, citizens can also apply for or renew passports at the counter and receive them at home, avoiding trips to the police headquarters. The office operates Monday to Friday from 08:20 to 13:45 and Saturday until 12:45, provides a 24‑hour ATM, and is equipped with a photovoltaic system of more than 14 kW peak power to enhance sustainability.
