Power outages scheduled for Pavlikeni and Varna regions

Planned electricity disruptions are scheduled for October 28 and 29, 2026, due to urgent maintenance and operational activities on power delivery facilities in several Bulgarian regions.

In the Pavlikeni municipality, outages will affect various locations including Dolna Lipnitsa, Lesicheri, Nedan, Karaisen, Byala Cherkva, Batak, and Mihaltsi. Most disruptions are expected between 09:00 and 16:00, with some areas experiencing service interruptions from 08:30.

In Varna and its surrounding areas, power cuts are scheduled for October 28. Affected locations include specific streets such as Felix Kanitz, 8-mi Primorski Polk, and various streets in the Vazrazhdane district, as well as the neighborhoods of Vayalar and Sveti Nikola. The village of Bliznats is also listed among the areas facing disruptions.
