Powerball jackpot rises to $313 million after no winner

The Powerball jackpot has risen to an estimated $313 million after no player matched all six numbers in the September 19 and September 21 drawings. The jackpot carries a cash option valued at approximately $133.6 million.

While the top prize remains unclaimed, several significant secondary prizes were awarded. A player in New York won $1 million by matching five numbers, and a winner in the United Kingdom also secured a $1 million prize. In Louisiana, at least one player won $100,000 during the Monday night drawing.

The September 21 winning numbers were 2, 7, 9, 17, 58, with a Powerball of 20. Because no jackpot winner was identified, the prize pool will continue to grow for the upcoming Wednesday drawing.
