Prabowo Subianto's Helipad Accelerated Ahead of Blok Masela Groundbreaking

Maj‑Gen. Dody Triwinarto, commander of Kodam XV/Pattimura, ordered the rapid construction of a helipad in Desa Lermatang, Kepulauan Tanimbar, to prepare for President Prabowo Subianto’s visit for the groundbreaking of the Blok Masela strategic national project. The work is being rushed to be ready for the ceremony scheduled for 16 July 2026, while maintaining safety and technical standards. The commander said the helipad has “taktis dan strategis” value, serving as the main access point for the president, facilitating medical evacuation and supporting TNI operational readiness. Local authorities and the community are being coordinated with to ensure the facility is completed on time and meets quality requirements.
