The Cooperativa Popular de Electricidad (CPE) has reopened enrollment for its “Emprendimientos y Finanzas II” workshop, which will run from 17 July to 18 September. Designed for existing and aspiring entrepreneurs, the program includes training on cost calculation, cash‑flow analysis, marketing, formal procedures, fiscal keys and municipal permits, with a maximum of 30 participants. Instructor José María Buldorini highlighted the strong interest in the first edition and the workshop’s focus on practical financial tools.
