Premio Tenco 2026 to be held in Sanremo this October

The 49th edition of the Premio Tenco will take place from October 22 to 24 at the Teatro Ariston in Sanremo. Dedicated to the memory of Sergio Secondiano Sacchi, this year's theme is ‘Dio è morto’ (God is dead), exploring how creative expression can resist homogenization and market-driven algorithms.

Among the award recipients is the singer-songwriter Piji, who will receive the Targa Tenco 2026 for Best Debut Work for his album ‘Sta registrando audio…’. During the ceremony on October 22, Piji is scheduled to perform a live set with a full band. The winners are selected by a jury of approximately 350 experts, journalists, and industry professionals.
