He dismissed calls for him to sell the club, characterizing such pressure as “extortion” and indicating that he may pursue judicial measures to address the situation. He also expressed opposition to the requirement of an audit, comparing the current scrutiny to medical stabilization processes that should occur before administrative paperwork.
