President Bola Tinubu Promotes Lagos Business Hub, Ekiti Innovation Zone and Calls for Youth Peace

President Bola Tinubu spoke at the Invest Lagos 3.0 opening, describing Lagos as Africa’s gateway to trade, talent and global economic leadership. He highlighted the city’s business‑friendly policies, infrastructure plans and its role in attracting multinational investment.

At the Ekiti Knowledge Zone inauguration, Tinubu praised the project as a future hub for innovation, research and skill development, noting its aim to create 20,000 jobs in the first phase and up to 100,000 jobs overall. He referenced $80 million in funding secured from the federal government and the African Development Bank to support the zone’s development.

During the Agege flyover inauguration, Tinubu urged Lagos youths to “avoid thuggery” and embrace peace, commending Governor Babajide Sanwo‑Olu’s administration for steady progress despite past challenges.
