President Prabowo Subianto meets KADIN and P3MDI participants

President Prabowo Subianto met with 250 members of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) and approximately 400 participants of the President Program for Future Indonesian Leaders (P3MDI) in Hambalang, Bogor, on October 31, 2026.

The meeting addressed national economic direction, investment, and human resource development. KADIN Chairman Anindya Bakrie reported that domestic investment (PMDN) has nearly reached Rp2,000 trillion during the first two years of the Prabowo administration, signaling increased business confidence in the national economy.

Discussions also focused on the role of middle-class entrepreneurs in strengthening economic resilience against global uncertainty. The business community expressed commitment to future industries, including electric vehicles, renewable energy, and data centers. Additionally, KADIN members praised the President's focus on human resource development and meritocracy through the P3MDI program, which is managed by Universitas Republik Indonesia (URI) to cultivate future leaders.
