President William Ruto announces infrastructure projects in Nandi and Trans Nzoia

President William Ruto has announced several development initiatives across Nandi and Trans Nzoia counties in Kenya. During a visit to Nandi Hills, the President reviewed progress at Koitaleel Samoei University College, where the administration block is 90 per cent complete and construction has begun on laboratories, lecture theatres, and a library. Ruto also laid the foundation stone for two new student hostel blocks and announced plans for the development of Samoei Senior School.

In Trans Nzoia County, the President pledged Sh1 billion for the construction of a new hospital, setting an eight-month deadline for its completion. Additionally, Ruto stated that Koitaleel Samoei University College is expected to officially receive its charter to become a fully-fledged university in February.
