Prime Minister Tareq Rahman visits Khulna and Chittagong

Prime Minister Tareq Rahman conducted official visits to the Khulna and Chittagong regions. In Khulna, his itinerary included visiting Dakop Upazila via helicopter, traveling to Mongla to visit the Banouza Mongla jetty, and inspecting the proposed Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) economic zone.

During an organizational meeting in Chittagong, the Prime Minister addressed BNP leaders and workers regarding upcoming local government elections. He stated that the current government will not interfere in the elections as previous administrations did, urging party members to unite behind candidates with high public acceptability. He also called on members to assist law enforcement in maintaining order and to combat rumors regarding the government.
