Princess Diana's marriage to King Charles III discussed by royal expert

Royal expert and editor Ingrid Seward has shared new insights regarding the marriage of Princess Diana and King Charles III. According to Seward, Diana believed the relationship might have succeeded if the couple had met at an older age.

Seward claims that while Charles may not have loved Diana at the beginning or end of their marriage, he felt significant guilt regarding its failure. The expert noted that Diana expressed a lasting love for Charles, describing him as the person she would always love.

In her book ‘Catherine & Diana’, Seward also alleges that Diana intentionally withheld the sex of her pregnancy with Prince Harry from Charles. The author suggests Diana kept the information private because Charles had expressed a desire for a daughter. While Diana previously noted that the period leading up to Harry's birth was one of the closest times in their marriage, she later remarked that the relationship deteriorated rapidly following his birth.
