Pristina launches diaspora art festival and summer concert series
Prime Minister Albin Kurti opened the one‑month diaspora art and culture festival “As anej, as knej” at the Grand Hotel in Pristina. He highlighted the integration of the Kosovar diaspora, announced the digitalisation of consular services, a €100 million investment window for diaspora entrepreneurs, and the creation of Kosovo’s first research centre for energy in partnership with German experts.
The city also inaugurated the summer programme “n’Lagje”, beginning 5 August, which will host live concerts in multiple neighbourhoods—including Dardani, Muharrem Fejza, and Breg të Diellit—featuring artists such as Nita Latifi, Offchestra, Florent Abrashi and String String. The initiative aims to bring cultural activities closer to residents across Pristina.
