Prêmio Master Imobiliário recognizes top Brazilian real estate developments

The 32nd edition of the Prêmio Master Imobiliário, considered the premier award in the Brazilian real estate market, was held on August 26 in São Paulo. Promoted by FIABCI-BRASIL and Secovi-SP, the ceremony recognizes excellence in innovation, sustainability, and urban development.

Tarraf Incorporadora won the Mixed Use Development of the Year award for its “Platz by Tarraf” project in São José do Rio Preto. The development, which has a total sales value of R$ 200 million, utilizes an open block concept inspired by Berlin’s Potsdamer Platz. The project integrates residential units, commerce, and services to promote urban vitality and social interaction.

The award ceremony featured 25 analyzed cases, with nominations including major construction companies such as MRV, Eztec, and Helbor. This year's edition highlighted the geographic expansion of the sector, with recognized developments spanning multiple Brazilian states beyond the primary market in São Paulo.
