Motorsport events take center stage across Argentina

Argentina hosts several major motorsport events this weekend. In San Nicolás, the Turismo Carretera championship arrives for its 12th round and the second date of the Gold Cup. Championship leader Mariano Werner seeks to defend his position at the Juan María Traverso Autodrome, where he holds a record of three victories.

In 9 de Julio, the Autodrome is preparing for a multi-category event featuring Procar 4000, Procar 2000, TC Platense, Formula Uno Nacional, and Sport Prototipo Argentino. During Friday practice sessions for Procar 4000, Emanuel Tiki Perez Bravo led the Class A division.

Meanwhile, the Rally Argentino is underway in Diamante and Valle María. Due to weather concerns, some activities were adjusted, with Miguel Baldoni currently leading the early stages of the seventh round. In Junín, the Turismo Promocional race was postponed to November due to rain, with its seventh date rescheduled for October 17-18 in 9 de Julio.
