Prochowice celebrates 40-year International Art Plenary as Polish cultural events continue
The 40th International Integration Art Plenary in Prochowice marked four decades of artistic collaboration, featuring works created during the multi‑day outdoor workshop and drawing visitors from the local community and abroad. Organisers highlighted the event’s role in fostering cross‑border artistic exchange and thanked participating artists, guests, and residents for their involvement.
In Zakopane, the legendary folk band Zokopiany performed a concert at the Red Manor cultural centre to honor the 70th birthday of band leader Jan Karpiel Bułecki. The event, part of the long‑running "Evenings in the Red Manor" series, showcased traditional Podhale music and drew large numbers of locals and cultural enthusiasts.
Both events underscored the vibrancy of regional cultural life in Poland, emphasizing community participation, heritage preservation, and artistic expression.
