Procter & Gamble issues stock incentives to top executives

Procter & Gamble is implementing new executive compensation measures through its ‘2025 Stock and Incentive Compensation Plan’. CEO Shailesh Jejurikar, who is set to assume the role of Chairman, received 16,195 shares, bringing his total holdings to over 45,500 shares. Other executives receiving allocations include Chief R&D Officer Moses Victor Javier Aguilar with 6,839 shares and Health Care division CEO Paul Gama with 7,727 shares.

The company continues to maintain a 70-year streak of consecutive dividend increases. For fiscal year 2026, P&G reported operating cash flow of $19.6 billion and net income of $16 billion, paying out $10.2 billion in dividends. Looking toward 2027, the company has set a moderate growth target of 1% to 3%.
