Project Pantheon aims to build 50 billion euro AI center in Croatia

Project Pantheon, a massive AI innovation and development center, is moving forward in Topusko, Croatia. The project involves a planned 50 billion euro investment to establish a one-gigawatt data center.

Entrepreneur Jako Andabak, working alongside American partner Ryan Rich of Pantheon AI and the Pantheon Atlas investment fund, stated that the project is on schedule. Construction is slated to begin in 2027, with operations expected to commence in 2029. The development is intended to position Croatia at the forefront of the global technology industry.

The project includes the construction of a 500 megawatt solar power plant, transformer stations, and battery storage systems. Key partners in the venture include the Končar Group and the international energy group Greenvolt. To minimize environmental impact, the facility plans to utilize its own water sources and specialized cooling solutions.
