Property developers showcase residential projects at Danantara Housing Expo

Real estate developers KAI Properti and WIKA Realty showcased their residential projects at the Danantara Housing Expo 2026.

KAI Properti introduced Maraya Residences, a housing concept located in the Manggarai area of South Jakarta. The development focuses on urban mobility and connectivity, positioned near Manggarai Station to provide residents with easy access to public transportation and various city activities.

WIKA Realty reported significant engagement during the expo, collecting data from over 8,000 potential customers and recording more than 500 site visits. The company successfully converted these leads into over 30 unit bookings. WIKA Realty attributed this success to specialized financing schemes, including low down payments starting at 1 percent and special mortgage interest rates of 2.75 percent. Their featured projects include Tamansari Cyber Residence in Bogor and Tamansari Puri Bali 2 in Sawangan, Depok.
