Property Foreclosure Sale Announced in Buca, İzmir

The İzmir Real Estate Sales Enforcement Office has announced the auction of a seized property located in the Buca district of İzmir. The property, situated in the Yenigün neighborhood, covers an area of 123 square meters.

The estimated value of the real estate is set at 9 million TL, with a 20 percent VAT rate applicable to the sale. The auction process will be conducted electronically via the UYAP Electronic Sales Portal.

The first bidding period is scheduled to begin on January 11, 2027, and conclude on January 18, 2027. If the property is not sold during the first round, a second auction process will commence between February 8 and February 15, 2027.
