Province of Teramo invests over 150 million euros in school infrastructure

The Province of Teramo has launched an extensive program of school infrastructure interventions exceeding 150 million euros. These projects include seismic safety upgrades, fire prevention measures, and reconstruction efforts following previous earthquakes, alongside investments funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

A key milestone in this program is the inauguration of the permanent headquarters for the ITS Academy Agroalimentare in Piano d'Accio. The facility, housed in a building provided by the Province for twenty years, features new 4.0 laboratories funded by approximately 3.17 million euros from the PNRR. Provincial President Camillo D'Angelo highlighted the importance of this new home for the academy in fostering professional training and collaboration between the educational sector and the business world.
