Psychologists discuss daily habits for improved well-being

Psychological experts are highlighting how small daily routines and lifestyle adjustments can significantly impact mental and physical well-being.

Psychologist Olga Albaladejo notes that the habit of preparing clothing the night before is not necessarily a sign of anxiety or an excessive need for control. Instead, it is often a way to reduce decision fatigue and manage time more effectively, especially for those with tight morning schedules. By resolving small decisions in advance, individuals can start their day with greater fluidity.

Regarding sleep quality, psychologist Marcos Apud emphasizes the importance of timing meals. He recommends eating at least three hours before going to bed to avoid sleeping on an empty stomach or too close to a meal. Apud also suggests other 'biohacking' strategies to improve rest, such as reducing exposure to blue light and gradually lowering ambient light levels in the evening to minimize stimuli before sleep.
