PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara clarifies employment status for KDMP managers

Managers of the Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih (KDMP) will hold employment status as State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) employees under PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara. According to Joao Angelo De Sousa Mota, the President Director of PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara, these managers will operate under a fixed-term employment contract (PKWT) for a duration of two years.

Following the two-year period, the continuity of their employment will be subject to evaluation based on the needs of the BUMN. Potential outcomes include continued employment in different roles outside of the KDMP.

Regarding placement, the Management Information System (Simkopdes) clarified that while proximity to a manager's domicile is a priority, it is not the sole determining factor. Placement decisions utilize the Hungarian method and bipartite matchmaking to balance several variables, including family conditions, building readiness, regional capacity, and national requirements. This ensures that managers are assigned to locations where the cooperative infrastructure is 100% ready and operational needs are highest.
