Indonesian companies win multiple awards at TBCCI 2026

Several Indonesian companies received multiple honors at the The Best Contact Center Indonesia (TBCCI) 2026 awards, organized by the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) in Jakarta.

PT Pegadaian (Persero) secured 10 awards across corporate and individual categories. Corporate achievements included Platinum for Best Operational Contact Center and Gold for Best Customer Experience, People Development, and Business Contribution. Individual awards included Platinum for Best Agent English and Gold for Best Agent Email Public.

PT Pertamina (Persero) earned three awards, including Silver for The Best Service Quality Management Team (Small) and both Silver and Bronze honors in the Best Agent Digital Email Public category. The company emphasized using these channels to provide accurate information and mitigate disinformation.

PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (JAST) also received four awards. These included a Platinum Award for the BPJS Kesehatan Call Center in Reporting Performance, a Bronze Award for Technology Innovation, and Silver Awards for Digital Service and Workforce and Capacity Management for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
