Public Employment Service to launch 35,500 subsidized jobs
The Public Employment Service (DYPA) is planning to launch new subsidized employment programs totaling 35,500 positions. These initiatives aim to strengthen the labor market integration of unemployed groups facing significant challenges.
The programs are divided into two main categories:
- 5,500 positions for unemployed individuals aged 18 to 29. These 12-month roles in the private sector aim to provide professional experience, with subsidies potentially covering up to 100% of employment costs.
- 30,000 positions for unemployed individuals aged 30 and older. These 12-month roles are expected to receive subsidies covering approximately 80% of salary costs, with a specific focus on women and individuals over the age of 50.
