The week‑long event runs from 27 July to 1 August 2026 at the Centro Expositor, which will install 40 courts over more than 15,000 m².
The tournament is expected to involve over 7 500 athletes from across Mexico and is being coordinated by the municipal government, the state governor Alejandro Armenta, and the Secretariat of Sport and Youth. Officials highlighted the competition’s potential to boost local tourism and the economy, with thousands of players, coaches, officials and supporters visiting the city.
State Sports Secretary Gabriela Sánchez noted that the event positions Puebla as a national benchmark for organizing large‑scale sporting competitions and will generate significant activity for hotels, restaurants and commerce during the week.
